For driving events such as reversing or side-camera activation, each channel can be triggered independently. Once the trigger signal is received, the corresponding camera automatically takes priority on the display. When the trigger is cancelled, the system returns to the previous display after approximately 2 seconds. This makes the unit suitable not only for basic truck backup camera systems, but also for complete commercial vehicle video recording and surveillance applications.
